Clown!! And then there is Paul Havermale. This guy can't even run a business. Can you say tax Evasion. He thinks all the department heads should report to the council. It is not the job of an alderman to run the day to to day operations. Mr. Havermale, you were not elected mayor. And the way Havermale talks to speakers at council meeting is a disgrace! All these clowns need to go. The circus needs to leave town. Start worrying about good jobs and quit trying to make a sideshow out of this city.
